26. We've had this animation craze over the past 2 or 3 years in your opinion...
It was over rated; animations don't really help our business and don't scare anyone.
We'll be going more with actors as we've noticed they don't scare our customers as much as we had thought.
They're really scary and our customers love them and feel they're essential to our business.
They're mostly good for eye candy and we'll be adding more as the years go on.

27. Some of things you will focus on in 2002 are...

It was become a better place than before because the administrators have done a better job erasing posts that are to negative.
Worse, because the administrators shouldn't be erasing posts.
Everyone seems to be getting along better and trading more information than in years past
It's getting there and we're happy with the direction it has been heading in.

30. The future of this industry is?
I think there will be even fewer haunts opening in years to come and feel that more haunts will be going out of business
I think more haunts will be opening and existing haunts will become stronger
I think amusement parks are eventually going to be doing the biggest part of the pie and I think most smaller haunts will lose out with only a few bigger ones surviving.
I think everyone will get back on track and we'll all be okay next year.
I think the interest in Halloween and Haunted Houses have leveled out and we need to work hard to maintain customer satisfaction.
Halloween's popularity will grow again soon as will haunted houses.
We'll be losing several prime locations due to development and eventually will be to expensive to operate haunted houses.
